Mark started his career with the Raleigh NC Melting Pot as a server in 2004. He worked his way up through management and bought 33% equity of the Raleigh franchise in 2008. In 2011, he and his wife Veronica bought the Orlando franchise. They've have grown the sales from $1.5 million in 2011 to $5.1 million in 2021 and have been able to achieve many of their goals because they surrounded themselves with great managers and employees that are as passionate about this industry as they are.
Robert Hall is CEO of Ole Smoky, the most visited distillery in the world, and also serves on the Boards of Glatfelter, a $1b NYSE Materials Company, the Distilled Spirits Council of the US, Responsibility.Org and the Boys & Girls Club of the Smoky Mountains, and on the Legislative Committee of the Tennessee Distillers’ Guild.
